Sending survey and reviews requests via SMS

Yonder already sends suevey and review requests automatically to a customers's email after an event like a trip or room booking. Now you can send to their SMS as well as their email, provided a suitable phone number was provided in the booking information we received from your reservation system. You can also toggle reminders to be sent via SMS and email, or email only.

Good to know:

  • Sending to SMS is limited to auto-send surveys only, not manually sent surveys.
  • SMS is currently limited to sending the US and Canadian numbers at the moment.
  • See your plan for included usage - number of SMS sent, a total of both requests and reminders.
  • It's not currently possible to send to SMS only and not to send to an email address.

How to send survey and review requests via SMS (and email)

Under NPS Survey, toggle on Send to SMS.

You're welcome to edit the text that's sent as part of the SMS. The URL with the unique link for that customer will be appended to the end of your customized text, as shown in the preview.

How to send reminders via SMS (and email)

Under Send Settings, Toggle "Email Only" to "Email and SMS". You're welcome to edit the text that's sent as part of the SMS. The URL with the unique link for that customer will be appended to the end of your customized text, as shown in the preview.
