How to set-up your integration with ResPax
Here's what you need to do...
- Submit a Support Ticket to ResPax requesting integration with Yonder
- The ResPax support team will share back a HOST_ID specific to your business . Enter this in the ResPax setup page.
- Click 'Activate'. Expect to see a green 'success' message below the activate button.
- Now click to the the 'Products' tab and you should see all of your ResPax 'tours' populated. From here you can control which products you want surveys sent to, although you'll still need to turn the master "Auto-send" surveys ON within the survey settings.
Check your timezone in Yonder matches your ResPax timezone....
- ResPax gives Yonder booking information in your local timezone. In order to handle dates and time correctly please ensure your Yonder timezone matches, go here to check/adjust.
